I am interested in discussing the future of the LMS. My thinking follows along these lines....
Companies are either going to need a complete talent management system that includes a learning delivery tool (LMS) or they are going to decide that what they really need is a bare bones inexpensive solution that just delivers content and reports on results. Then manage their talent with a different tool.
